Working together

How we work.

This page exists to answer the questions you would otherwise have to ask on a call. If something here is unclear, that is a fault in the page. Tell us.

  1. 01

    Discover

The brief, the audience, and the outcome you want to measure.

  2. 02

    Plan

Scope, channels, deliverables and timeline, written down before anything is made.

  3. 03

    Create

Concepts approved before production. Shooting and editing in-house.

  4. 04

    Launch

Content goes live, media goes live, and tracking goes live with it.

  5. 05

    Measure

Reporting against the outcome agreed at discovery.

  6. 06

    Optimise

Change what the numbers say to change, then run it again.

Measure

What the reporting actually looks like.

Step five is not a slide. It is the account's own export, read straight from the platform, with the metric, the window, the system it came from and what it covers written beside it. This is one client account Evo runs; the client is not named.

  • An Instagram analytics panel reading 2,593,982 views for 18 March to 16 April 2026, 13.4% from followers and 86.6% from non-followers, and 969,238 accounts reached

Communication

One point of contact throughout, and a written record of what was agreed at each stage. Verbal changes get confirmed in writing before they are actioned, so nobody is relying on memory.

Approvals

Concepts and scripts are approved before production starts. On shoots, frames are reviewed on set while the set is still up. One round of revisions is included on delivered work; further rounds are quoted rather than absorbed silently.

Timelines

Every scope carries a timeline agreed before work begins. Where a date depends on something from your side, such as approvals, access, product or locations, that dependency is named in the scope rather than discovered later.

Ownership and access

Who owns the finished work, the ad accounts, the site and the tracking is written into the scope before anything starts. Ask for it explicitly and it will be there in writing.

Reporting

Campaign reporting is against the outcome agreed at discovery, not against whichever number looks best that month. Every figure names the system it came from and the period it covers.

What you receive

Masters and platform cuts for production work; account access and documentation for campaign and site work. Nothing is held back as leverage.

Create

What in-house looks like on the day.

One job in the order it happened: the venue, the light going up, the set lit, the camera framed, and the recording. Nothing here is a stock frame or a supplier's - the crew rigging it is Evo's, which is what the second frame is for.

  1. A street view of a venue frontage with illuminated signage, city buildings behind

Arriving. The venue, from the street.

  2. A crew member in an Evo Media Pro shirt adjusting a softbox on a podcast set

Rigging. The key light goes up. The polo is Evo's own.

  3. A podcast set being lit: a large softbox on a stand, stools at a counter and hanging plants

Lighting. The set lit, and still empty.

  4. A phone mounted on a rig framing two presenters recording at a podcast set

Framing. A phone on a rig holding the two-shot.

  5. Two presenters in white kanduras seated at microphones on a set dressed with fruit and plants

Rolling. Presenters on microphones, set dressed.

  6. A wide view of a podcast recording in progress, two presenters at microphones with fruit and plants dressing the set

    Wide. The set mid-record.
